:: Information On RSS

  What Is RSS

Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is a way of syndicating news and the content of web sites. Major news sites such as the BBC, Software companies wishing to share information about updates, and other sites use RSS to keep their visitors updated of the latest news and events, without having to visit their web site every few hours to check. As long as the visitor (you) has an RSS-aware program you can subscribe to an "RSS feed" and the program will do the rest.

How We Plan To Use RSS

As soon as the we update our news or incidents areas, you be notified of this within the RSS feed. Its like having your very own news channel, only listing what you have subscribed to.

How To View Our Feed

First you will need an RSS-aware program. There are many listed on the search engines under RSS reader. However Google and yahoo do offer free email accounts that incorporate RSS readers and Internet Explorer 7 has this built into it.

Once you have this just simply click on any of our RSS logos on the News or Incidents areas and it will ask you if you would like to subscribe to them.

If you have any problems or questions please feel free to email the webmaster at: [email protected]
