Late Tuesday evening, the team were called out to join a large multi-agency search for a missing 84 year old male in Falmouth. Three foot teams joined assets from Falmouth Coastguard Rescue Team, Porthoustock Coastguard Rescue Team and Porthleven Coastguard Team to search large areas of the town, both inland and along the coast, whilst Falmouth Lifeboat covered various tidal creeks. The search continued 4am Wednesday morning and thankfully the missing male was located later that day in Penryn, alive if rather hypothermic and we wish him and his family all the best.
