The team were deployed this evening to the Lanhydrock area to assist Devon & Cornwall Police in a search for a local male, following a report of concerns for his welfare. Two foot teams and two SARDA dog teams searched local woodland, moorland and beauty spots in an attempt to locate the missing male.

Just after 11pm the search was stood-down when the male returned home safe and well. It is believed that the male was in the search area of one of the dog teams and their arrival and presence caused the male to leave and return home.
